This recipe comes from Salad Pride, a cafe in Covent Garden, London, which has an awesome plant based menu.
Lemon and or Lime
option of Coriander (fresh)
- Roughly chop everything and thrown into a blender.
-I used 4 carrots, 3 betroots, juice from one whole lemon, 2cm by 1cm slab of root ginger, with half a pint of water. And i threw in some fresh coriander at the end, which goes well with ginger and lemon. Add more/less water depending how thick/thin you like your smoothies.
- This gave me 4 pints of smoothie. A great post work out drink.
